一、基本信息

吴灿,教授,博士生导师,食品安全与检测专业系主任。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,教育部/湖北省重点实验室开放基金3项。以第一/通讯作者身份在Small、Analytical Chemistry、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Carbon、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、Nanoscale、Sensors and Actuators B-Chemical、Analytica Chimica Acta、Applied Surface Science、Crystal Growth & Design等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,H指数为25。

研究领域:食品安全分析、环境分析、纳米电化学、电催化、有机/无机材料的设计合成
